Who I am

My name is Annette Newcomb and after more than 30 years of dedicated service in the administrative field, I am proudly retiring from my role as Executive Administrative Assistant in the Marketing & Communications division of a leading entertainment and hospitality company. While I am stepping away from corporate life, I’m not slowing down - I’m excited to begin a new chapter where I can work for myself and continue doing what I love: helping others succeed.

As a Certified Administrative Professional, I bring extensive experience in office management and special project coordination, always with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and discretion.

Throughout my career, I’ve served as a reliable point of contact for chief marketing officers, vice presidents, managing directors, clients, and vendors—ensuring smooth communication and operations at all levels.

I’m known for my excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and professionalism, and I look forward to using these strengths to support others in achieving their goals.

I offer remote virtual assistance services as an independent professional. I’m not looking for a traditional employment setup—I collaborate with clients as a business partner, delivering reliable support while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy that help me do my best work.
